Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of JDW Tours' services. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. INTRODUCTION / પરિચય

These Terms & Conditions govern all travel bookings, holiday packages, hotel reservations, visa assistance, transportation, cruises, sightseeing tours, travel insurance, and related services provided by our company.

આ નિયમો અને શરતો અમારી કંપની દ્વારા આપવામાં આવતી તમામ ટ્રાવેલ બુકિંગ, હોલીડે પેકેજ, હોટેલ રિઝર્વેશન, વિઝા સહાયતા, ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ, ક્રૂઝ અને અન્ય સેવાઓ માટે લાગુ પડે છે.

2. BOOKING POLICY / બુકિંગ નીતિ

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Prices may change before full payment.
• Booking is confirmed only after advance payment.

• તમામ બુકિંગ ઉપલબ્ધતા આધારે રહેશે.
• સંપૂર્ણ ચુકવણી પહેલાં ભાવ બદલાઈ શકે છે.
• એડવાન્સ પેમેન્ટ બાદ જ બુકિંગ કન્ફર્મ થશે.

3. PAYMENT TERMS / ચુકવણીની શરતો

• Full payment must be completed before travel.
• Delayed payments may result in cancellation.
• GST, TCS, taxes, and bank charges are payable by the client.

• મુસાફરી પહેલાં સંપૂર્ણ ચુકવણી જરૂરી છે.
• મોડું પેમેન્ટ થવાથી બુકિંગ રદ થઈ શકે છે.
• તમામ ટેક્સ અને બેંક ચાર્જ ગ્રાહકે ભરવાના રહેશે.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY / કેન્સલેશન અને રિફંડ નીતિ

• Cancellation charges depend on supplier policy.
• Certain bookings are non-refundable.
• Refund timelines vary between 15–90 working days.

• કેન્સલેશન ચાર્જ સપ્લાયર નીતિ મુજબ રહેશે.
• કેટલીક બુકિંગ નોન-રિફંડેબલ હોઈ શકે છે.
• રિફંડ પ્રક્રિયા 15–90 દિવસ લાગી શકે છે.

5. PASSPORT & VISA / પાસપોર્ટ અને વિઝા

• Clients are responsible for valid passports and visas.
• Visa approval is at embassy discretion.
• Company is not responsible for visa rejection.

• માન્ય પાસપોર્ટ અને વિઝાની જવાબદારી ગ્રાહકની રહેશે.
• વિઝા મંજૂરી એમ્બેસી પર નિર્ભર છે.
• વિઝા રિજેકશન માટે કંપની જવાબદાર નહીં હોય.

6. FORCE MAJEURE / અનિવાર્ય પરિસ્થિતિ

Company shall not be liable for delays or losses due to natural disasters, pandemics, war, airline shutdowns, political unrest, government restrictions, cyber attacks, or events beyond control.

કુદરતી આફત, મહામારી, યુદ્ધ, રાજકીય અશાંતિ, એરલાઇન બંધ અથવા અન્ય અનિવાર્ય પરિસ્થિતિ માટે કંપની જવાબદાર નહીં હોય.

7. HEALTH & INSURANCE / આરોગ્ય અને ઇન્શ્યોરન્સ

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• Medical expenses during travel shall be borne by the client.

• ટ્રાવેલ ઇન્શ્યોરન્સ લેવું સલાહરૂપ છે.
• મેડિકલ ખર્ચ ગ્રાહકે ભરવાનો રહેશે.

8. LIABILITY LIMITATION / જવાબદારી મર્યાદા

Company acts only as an intermediary between clients and suppliers. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

કંપની માત્ર મધ્યસ્થી તરીકે કાર્ય કરે છે. કંપનીની જવાબદારી ગ્રાહકે ચૂકવેલી રકમ સુધી મર્યાદિત રહેશે.

9. DISPUTE & JURISDICTION / વિવાદ અને અધિકારક્ષેત્ર

All disputes shall be subject to Ahmedabad, Gujarat jurisdiction and Indian laws.

તમામ વિવાદો અમદાવાદ, ગુજરાત કોર્ટ અને ભારતીય કાયદા હેઠળ રહેશે.

10. ACCEPTANCE / સ્વીકૃતિ

By making payment or confirming booking, the client accepts all Terms & Conditions.

ચુકવણી અથવા બુકિંગ કન્ફર્મ કરતાં જ ગ્રાહક તમામ નિયમો સ્વીકાર્ય ગણાશે.
